When a blanket needs to go back
Returns, replacements and warranty help are handled by the partner store where you ordered. Start with the question below — it points you to the right door.
Is something wrong with the blanket?

- Order the size you actually need — our size guide helps you choose.
- Send it back clean, dry and folded in its pouch with all the parts.
Before it goes in the box
- Shake out every grain of sand
- Let it dry completely
- Put the four stakes and the carabiner back in
- Fold it into the pouch
- Keep your order number handy
Often not a defect
Bent stake
Stakes bend when driven into rocky or packed ground. Push them in at an angle into damp sand.
Faded corner
Long days of direct sun on one spot fade any fabric. Rotate the blanket and store it out of the sun.
Creases
Tight folding leaves creases in thin fabric. They relax in a day of use or after a gentle wash.
